12 Mar Mothering Sunday Family trail at St Mark’s Church
Join us at St Mark’s on Mothering Sunday 28th March between 9am – 10am, when you can do a ‘trail’ around the church lasting about 20 minutes, and then collect a bunch of daffodils.
Check out our Eventbrite page to book a timed slot, and you can come with your family (or on your own!), and go on a special trail to discover the different portrayals of Mary that are around St Mark’s including a special trip up to the extra floor to get close to the Mary in the stained glass.
It finishes with the chance to gather a spray of daffodils. We’ll be offering lots of different time slots between 9 and 10am so lots of people can come without everyone coming at the same time, which wouldn’t be allowed just now.
Dads may in particular wish to come, bringing all their children out of their house and allow mums a bit of me time in bed with the Sunday papers, which concludes when they are brought a bunch of daffodils by their children. (Just a thought…)
