What we are doing at St Andrew & St Mark during the Coronavirus outbreak

Because of the Coronavirus, from 16 March 2020, the Church of England has temporarily suspended their services, and we are respecting that.

We are also trying to live out the following advice from the Archbishop of Canterbury and York:

”Our life is going to be less characterised by by the prayer and  attendance at church on Sunday, and more characterised  by the prayer and service we offer each day”

From services to service if you like.

There are a lot of people in our community who are self isolating and  are in need; there are lots of other people in a position to help.  If you would like to be part of the movement that is reaching out to those who are isolated then please get in touch:  sasmscurate@outlook.com is the address of our curate Michael Johns-Perring who will be operating and coordinating links with those who need help and those who can help.
